Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been dispatched.

6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the package.
Claims made after this window may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
