Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
Returns or refunds are only applicable if:
You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
The product was delivered in a condition unfit for use.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery by contacting our support team with your order details and photos of the product.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used skincare products (for hygiene and safety reasons).
Products purchased during sales, promotions, or with discount codes.
Change-of-mind or personal preference is not covered under our refund policy.
Refund Process
Once your return is approved, you may choose between:
Replacement of the same product, or
Refund issued to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product has been inspected.
Shipping Costs
If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong, defective, or damaged item), return shipping will be covered by us.
For all other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
