Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used skincare products (for hygiene and safety reasons).

Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved, you may choose between:

Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong, defective, or damaged item), return shipping will be covered by us.
